Continuation of previous food preparation course. Topics include the concept of pre-cooked food items, as well as scratch preparation. Covers full range of advanced food preparation techniques. Including menu planning and development, planning and executing entire menus as in line production, and the ability to revise classic recipes to make them newer, lighter and 472 healthier, and creating and executing your own recipes.
