CLINICAL - DENTAL HYGIENE/HYGIENIST II

A health-related work-based learning experience that enables the student to apply specialized occupational theory, skills, and concepts. Direct supervision is provided by the clinical professional. Clinic II is the second of the three successive clinical courses. This intermediate level competency-based clinical course uses the process of care model of assessment, dental hygiene diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
