Structural Equation Modeling

This course introduces Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through Smart PLS software. Students will explore the differences between PLS-SEM and covariance-based SEM (CB- SEM) while gaining proficiency in navigating Smart PLS. The course covers model construction, distinguishing reflective from formative measurements, assessing measurement validity and reliability, and conducting basic path analyses to interpret relationships between constructs.
