Provides exposure to discipline-specific research procedures in Earth System Science. Students will work closely with their mentors to explore an Earth-system problem through directed readings, literature searches, field work, laboratory experimentation, and quantitative analysis. Course may be repeated for a maximum of 6 credit hours.
