DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS

Differentiate: 1) Less common musculoskeletal pathology that might require referral to a physician. These musculoskeletal conditions may be disorders of acquired, genetic, developmental, metabolic, infectious and neoplastic nature; 2) Systemic medical conditions that can mimic and /or complicate common musculoskeletal conditions.
