Effective Leadership

This course facilitates the development of leadership capabilities and addresses the complexities, paradoxes, and decision-making challenges of leadership. Through self-assessments, readings, lectures, and assignments students gain an appreciation of effective leadership approaches and are provided with opportunities to practice new leadership behaviors.
