Collection and presentation of data; measures of central tendency and variability; skewness, binomial, normal, Chi-square, t-and F-distributions; estimation; confidence intervals and hypothesis testing; correlation coefficient; and analysis of variance. This course includes laboratory activities. This course is designed for majors in biology, zoology, botany, medical technology, pre-veterinary medicine, and pre-nursing. This course is not open to mathematics majors or applied statistics minors.
