Transition to Practice

The application of concepts pertaining to the transition into professional nursing through the integration and application of established and evolving nursing knowledge to distinguish the practice of professional nursing and form the foundation for clinical judgement and innovation in nursing practice. This will enable the student to demonstrate clinical reasoning and incorporate knowledge from nursing and other disciplines to support clinical judgement.
