Medical Documentation for Occupational Therapy

This course will introduce professional documentation skills for the OT practitioner to utilize to meet regulatory and reimbursement requirements. Students will learn to document the need and reasoning for occupational therapy services as well as all required components within written and electronic health records to ensure an accurate report of services provided.
