LEADERSHIP IN PARKS AND RECREATION

Introduces leadership theories and practices as applied to parks and recreation. Students examine leadership and communication skills and tools to help develop positive relationships, attitudes, motivations, and group dynamics. Leadership in outdoor recreation and adventure is highlighted.
