First Aid/CPR

The purpose of this course is to provide participants with the first aid knowledge and skills necessary to help provide a safe environment for athletes, while they are participating in sports. In addition this course will provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to work as a first responder in an emergency situation, to help sustain life, reduce pain, and minimize the consequences of injury or sudden illness until professional or medical help arrives.
