Advanced Topics in Philosophy of Law

Focused study of a specific topic in philosophy of law; critical engagement with conceptual and normative questions; sample topics include First Amendment debates, professional ethics in law, legal restriction of immigration, environmental law and privacy. May be taken three times for credit.
