ADVANCED TEACHING METHODS IN SPECIAL EDUCATION

This course presents principles and procedures associated with content enhancement, strategy instruction and universal design for learning. This course will emphasize research-supported strategies for individuals with high incidence disabilities. Students will engage in hands-on experiences and practice implementing instructional interventions appropriate for students with disabilities who participate in the general education curriculum.
