Leadership Concepts in Sport & Recreation Management

This course overviews knowledge related to leadership theory, principles, group dynamics, and face-to-face leadership techniques seen throughout sport and/or recreation management. Students will gain an understanding of effective leadership theories and techniques as they are applied in a field setting. Further, students will better understand and critique their own styles of leadership.
