CLINICAL - LICENSED VOCATIONAL NURSE (LVN) TRAINING: MATERNAL-CHILD AND LEADERSHIP

A health-related work-based learning experience that enables the student to apply specialized occupational theory, skills, and concepts. Direct supervision is provided by the clinical professional. Emphasis is placed on clinical reasoning, caring behaviors, and evidence-based practice in the care of diverse patient populations. Clinical experiences in a variety of healthcare settings provide opportunities for the student to synthesize pediatric, and obstetric, and medical-surgical concepts.
