- Cross-functional staff meetings — facilitate to coordinate production, maintenance, and quality teams in resolving recurring processing problems on the plant floor.
- Hiring and onboarding processes — execute for production line roles by screening candidates, conducting evaluations, and delivering role-specific training programs.
