- End-to-end supply chain management — independently oversee strategic purchasing, inventory control, materials requirements planning, and distribution operations across a complex multi-site supply network.
- Multi-modal transportation strategy — design and execute route consolidation and carrier mix strategies that maximize cost efficiency and service levels across domestic and international freight lanes.
- Supply chain performance framework — define, validate, and continuously refine a comprehensive set of metrics covering cost, quality, lead time, and supplier performance for an enterprise supply chain.
- Process improvement leadership — lead cross-functional teams in diagnosing supply chain inefficiencies, piloting lean or Six Sigma solutions, and scaling successful process changes organization-wide.
- Integrated functional coordination — develop and govern formal coordination procedures that synchronize supply chain operations with sales, marketing, finance, production, and quality assurance across business units.
