Participants learn the 6S methodology to implement specific, easy-to-access visual systems to enhance communications and productivity. With case histories and visual examples, course participants learn what visual order is, what the visual workplace looks like, and how these concepts function on the production shop floor. Learn how to deal with resistance to changing the workplace, develop checklists, and use a process audit to sustain the process.
