Environmental Science and Sustainability

Environmental Science and Sustainability is the study of interrelationships between human systems and activities and the natural environment. It is an integrative academic discipline in that it generates scientific knowledge about the natural world as well as a social and humanistic understanding of ways in which humans interact with that natural environment. The major prepares students to work on issues related to terrestrial, marine, or aquatic environments.
