The Baking and Pastry Entrepreneurship Degree offers pastry majors a variety of classes with the goal of taking a small business vision to fruition. For students interested in business operations such as food trucks, coffee shops, patisserie, cake shops, small catering firms, and other small business in the foodservice industry, this program includes courses that will prepare the student with the technical competency and business skills for a student's specific business interest.
