The concentration in creative writing offers students the opportunity to explore an array of writing styles and genres, helping them discover and develop their own voices. Beyond the introductory course, students take specialized workshops in fiction, poetry, and creative nonfiction, as well as tutorials and independent studies, while developing as more astute readers and critics of their own work.
