Along with their study of French language, students in this concentration study the literature, culture, history, and politics of the Francophone world. Students acquire strong communicative skills in the language and gain insight into the cultures and customs of the Francophone world, preparing for graduate study or careers in fields such as international relations, business, and journalism.
