The Interdisciplinary Studies major is offered through Global Leadership and Interdisciplinary Studies and leads to the Bachelor of Arts and Science in Interdisciplinary Studies (B.A.S.I.S.) degree. The major is available in two tracks: the Africana Women's Studies Track, based on the self-study of women locally and worldwide with emphasis on the experiences and histories of Africana women, and the Traditional Track, in which students create and develop a unique self-designed academic focus.
