Bentley's Human Factors in Information Design (HFID) graduate program is an accelerator for successful careers in user experience (UX) research and design, customer experience (CX), and product management. Students master experience design by exploring the digital, physical, virtual and augmented reality, multi-modal, generative AI, and haptic realms, building a deep understanding of the human mind and behavior applied to the experience design process.
