Core requirements include teaching as a profession, educational psychology, understanding family and community, development of the pre-adolescent and adolescent learner, literacy across the grades, curriculum design, educational technology and clinical practice. To remain in the Education Programs students must maintain a cumulative 3.0 grade point average and earn a C or better in all education courses.
