This yoga instructor certification program prepares students to meet the requirements to become a 200-hour registered yoga teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. Yoga Alliance sets forth widely recognized standards for yoga teachers and teacher-training programs, including the minimum number of hours of training in each of five areas: teaching methodology, techniques of teaching, anatomy and physiology.
