The Culinary Arts Technology program is for anyone wanting to be a chef or work in the foodservice industry, providing a solid foundation in the methods and science of cooking through exposure to classical, American, and international cuisine as well as the art of baking and pastries. Copiah-Lincoln Community College and Mississippi University for Women have a 2+2 partnership that allows Co-Lin associate degree graduates in Culinary Arts Technology to complete a four-year baccalaureate degree.
