The online RN-BSN Degree Completion Program is designed for working registered nurses who are adult learners with busy schedules that make a traditional residential course of study difficult. The curriculum emphasizes leadership and management skills, evidence-based practice, and the current health care system, and allows RNs with an associate degree or diploma to achieve a baccalaureate degree within 12 months. Courses are offered fully online and organized around the QSEN Competencies.
