The Communications major in the associate degree program is designed to introduce students to the ever-changing media and communications fields. Students study the history, evolution, and changing state of mass communications as well as the communication technologies and techniques used in mass media production. Students get hands-on experience in digital media production starting on day one, working in professional studios and labs with faculty with a wealth of professional experience.
