Completion of the two-year Culinary Arts Technology program leads to an Associate of Applied Science degree. The heart of the program is hands-on lab instruction by a chef instructor in a commercial kitchen. Students completing the program are eligible to obtain ServSafe Sanitation certification from the National Restaurant Association.
