The Management and Supervision Short Certificate is designed to help students develop the skills needed to become an effective supervisor or manager. Initial offerings focus on understanding yourself and others, enhancing mathematics, computer, and writing skills. Subsequent offerings cover setting goals and objectives, solving problems, building effective teams, communicating effectively, and dealing with difficult employees.
