Nursing (Associate Degree Nursing)

The Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) AAS is a 72-credit-hour, five-semester program approved by the Alabama Board of Nursing and accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN). Prepares graduates as registered nurses (RNs) with combined classroom theory and guided clinical experiences in hospitals, health agencies, and community settings. Curriculum based on Maslow's Hierarchy, the nursing process, QSEN and NLN Competencies. Graduates eligible to apply for NCLEX-RN.
