This program prepares teacher candidates to instruct students who are served in bilingual/ESL classes at the elementary level. The Department of Educational Psychology (EPSY) offers an undergraduate degree program, Bachelor of Science in Education that includes certification in bilingual/ESL education and general elementary education, grades EC through 6. Classes also include a minor in Spanish.
