Ongoing projects include the elucidation of mechanisms of a number of enzymes and metalloenzymes involved in nitrogen metabolism, utilization and degradation of hydrocarbons, post-translational modifications such as phosphorylation and methylation, and the assembly of macromolecular enzyme systems.
