The Culinary Arts AAS Degree program is one of the programs comprising the college’s School of Culinary Arts/Hospitality. This curriculum is planned to meet the increasing employment needs of the 21st century for trained culinary experts. The program includes classroom and laboratory experiences and requires students to complete a capstone internship. Students are responsible for securing an internship site which meets the program requirements.
