Doctor of Musical Arts - Clarinet

The clarinet program at the Yale School of Music offers a broad spectrum of training in solo, chamber, and orchestral performance, and in such technical areas as reed making. Students participate in private lessons and weekly clarinet seminars and receive coachings in various pedagogical techniques. The intensive doctor of musical arts (D.M.A) program is comprised of a two-year residency followed by a three-year period in which candidates launch their professional careers.
