We are all affected, if not personally influenced, by electricity. We trust that the light will turn from red to green while we are in traffic on the way home, and we trust that the porch light is on when we get home late. We trust that companies like AEP know how to solve many of our personal problems. We call them to report an outage, we call them to complain, we call them to make our home whole again and turn the power back on.
